Our Bourbon is aged in 30 Gallon barrels

All of our Bourbon is Single Barrel

We combine Corn and Millet for the perfect Mashbill

Our Water

Lake Michigan

is one of the Great Lakes in North America and is a source of freshwater for many communities in the surrounding region. The drinking water from Lake Michigan undergoes a thorough filtration and treatment process to ensure that it meets the required standards for safe consumption. It also has a perfect mineral composition for blending our Bourbon. The softness of the water allows the Bourbon's subtle flavors to shine and enhances the approachability and smoothness.

Our Barrels

New American Oak

The use of new barrels is crucial in whiskey production because the wood imparts flavors, colors, and aromas to the spirit.

30 Gallon Barrel

A 30-gallon barrel allows a faster aging process, as there is a higher surface area of wood in contact with the whiskey.

Single Barrel

Single barrel whiskey, also known as single cask whiskey, is a type of whiskey that is bottled from a single aging barrel, rather than being a blend of multiple barrels. We pay great attention to keeping our bourbon consistent despite the single barrel approach.

Medium Char

Medium char barrels contribute a range of flavors to the whiskey, including vanilla, caramel, and hints of coconut. The charring process activates compounds in the wood, which are then imparted to the aging spirit.

Our Bottling

Hand Bottling

Every bottle of bourbon is hand bottled in Chicago, Illinois.

For us, attention to detail and quality control is paramount.

By implementing thorough quality control measures during hand bottling, we can ensure that each bottle leaving the facility meets the desired standards of taste, appearance, and safety. It's a meticulous process that requires attention to detail and a commitment to producing a high-quality product.
